1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zanga ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Zanga mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use Zanga, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Not have been previously banned or removed from Zanga
• Not be a registered sex offender

By using Zanga, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be solely responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 One Account Per Person

You may only create and maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts or accounts for others is prohibited and may result in termination.

4. User Conduct

4.1 You Agree NOT To:

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, stalk, or threaten other users
• Send spam, solicitations, or promotional content
• Post offensive, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Share sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Request or share personal financial information
• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams
• Use automated systems or bots
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Collect user information without consent
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

4.2 Content Standards

All content you post must:

• Be your own or you must have permission to use it
• Not infringe on any third-party rights
• Be accurate and not misleading
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Zanga. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

5.2 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Our AI may generate content based on your profile (such as "About Me" descriptions). You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it appears on your profile.

6. Safety and Reporting

Your safety is important to us. We provide tools to:

• Block Users: Prevent specific users from contacting you
• Report Violations: Report users who violate our Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior
• Unmatch: Remove connections with users you no longer wish to communicate with

We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include warning, suspending, or permanently banning users.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Free and Premium Services

Zanga offers both free and premium subscription services. Free users have access to basic features with certain limitations (such as daily swipe limits and AI usage limits).

7.2 Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions provide additional features including:

• Unlimited swipes
• Enhanced AI analysis and matching
• See who likes you
• Priority in match recommendations
• Additional AI-generated profile options

7.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• You authorize automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date

7.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Your account will revert to free tier features

7.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the respective app store (Apple or Google). Please contact them directly for refund inquiries.

8. AI Features and Limitations

8.1 AI Matching

Our AI-powered matching system learns from your interactions to provide personalized recommendations. However:

• AI recommendations are not guarantees of compatibility
• The accuracy of AI matching depends on the data you provide
• We continuously improve our algorithms but cannot guarantee perfect matches

8.2 Photo Analysis

Our AI analyzes photos for matching purposes. By uploading photos, you consent to this analysis. The AI may:

• Detect facial features and expressions
• Analyze style and aesthetic preferences
• Provide optimization suggestions

9. Intellectual Property

The Zanga name, logo, and all related names, designs, icons, and marks are trademarks of Zanga. All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Zanga and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the Service will meet your expectations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zanga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions
• Computer damage or system failure
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• Any damages resulting from interactions with other users

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zanga, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content posted on the Service

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or contacting support.

13.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zanga regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
